Grilled Shrimp Foil Packets with Hot Honey Seasoning

Ingredients
- 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter (cut into small pats or melted for drizzling)
- Watkins Hot Honey Grilling Seasoning (generous sprinkle!)
- Heavy-duty aluminum foil

 

Instructions
1. Prep the Goods: In a large mixing bowl, add shrimp, sliced bell peppers, and onions.
2. Get Buttery: Add butter - either small pats or a light drizzle of melted butter over the top.
3. Turn Up the Heat: Show off that bottle of Watkins Hot Honey Grilling Seasoning, then season generously over the
bowl.
4. Toss It Up: Mix everything together using tongs or your hands until evenly coated.
5. Foil Time: Lay out large sheets of aluminum foil on a clean surface.
6. Fill 'Em Up: Spoon the shrimp and veggie mixture into the center of each foil sheet.
7. A Little Extra Love: Top each packet with another small pat of butter.
8. Wrap It Up: Fold the foil over the shrimp and veggies, sealing tightly to create a packet.
9. Grill & Chill: Place the foil packets directly onto a hot grill. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway
through.
10. Big Reveal: Carefully open the foil packets - watch out for steam! - to reveal sizzling, steamy, perfectly cooked
shrimp and veggies.
11. Serve & Devour: Transfer the contents to a plate and dig in while it's hot.
