- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup chocolate chips (for dipping or drizzling)
Instructions
- Melt the Butter In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Build the Base Add brown sugar and milk. Whisk until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly glossy.
- Add Cocoa Stir in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Flavor It Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in Watkins Baking Vanilla.
- Finish the Batter Add the flour and whisk until the batter is glossy and pourable.
- Form the Cookies Spoon small, evenly spaced circles of batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet — they’ll spread as they bake.
- Bake Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, until cookies are thin, golden, and lacy around the edges. Let cool completely on the pan.
- Add Chocolate Melt the chocolate chips until smooth. Dip or drizzle over the cooled cookies.
- Serve.
