Grilled Hot Honey Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 2 Tablespoons Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Hot Honey Seasoning
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Water, cold
  • 12 tortilla shells – taco or street taco size, warmed

Topping Suggestions:

  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Cotija Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Diced Avocado
  • Lime Wedges
  • Red Onion
  • Sliced Red Peppers
  • Sour Cream or Crema
  • Watkins Cilantro Leaves

 

Instructions

  • Place raw chicken into a glass bowl or resealable bag.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Hot Honey Seasoning.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken. Stir until coated. Seal the bowl or bag.
  • Place the chicken in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.  
  • Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked, 5 - 6 minutes per side
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board and dice it into small cubes.
  • Place grilled chicken into a warmed dish and top with your desired toppings.
