Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 2 Tablespoons Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Hot Honey Seasoning
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Water, cold
- 12 tortilla shells – taco or street taco size, warmed
Topping Suggestions:
- Lettuce, shredded
- Cotija Cheese
- Salsa
- Diced Avocado
- Lime Wedges
- Red Onion
- Sliced Red Peppers
- Sour Cream or Crema
- Watkins Cilantro Leaves
Instructions
- Place raw chicken into a glass bowl or resealable bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Hot Honey Seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken. Stir until coated. Seal the bowl or bag.
- Place the chicken in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked, 5 - 6 minutes per side
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board and dice it into small cubes.
- Place grilled chicken into a warmed dish and top with your desired toppings.
