Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (85/15 preferred for flavor)
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium or regular)
- 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
- Cooked white rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef: Add the ground beef to the pan. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the peppers: Toss in the sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes, until the peppers are just tender but still vibrant.

- Sauce it up: Pour in the soy sauce and sauté everything together for another 1-2 minutes, letting the flavors meld and the sauce slightly thicken.
