Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (85/15 preferred for flavor)
2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium or regular)
1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
Cooked white rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
1. Heat: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat.
2. Cook the beef: Add the ground beef to the pan. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the peppers: Toss in the sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes, until the peppers are just tender but still vibrant.
4. Season: Sprinkle in the onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well to evenly coat the meat and Spiced Pepper Beef Stir-Fry peppers.
5. Sauce it up: Pour in the soy sauce and sauté everything together for another 1-2 minutes, letting the flavors meld and the sauce slightly thicken.
