Beach Dirt Cups

Ingredients

• 20 Golden Sandwich Cookies (Oreo Cookies)
• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
• 2 cups cold milk
• Watkins Blue Food Coloring
• 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
• Artificial Dye-Free Gummy Bears
• Artificial Dye-Free Peach Rings
• Clear serving cups

Instructions

1. Add the Golden Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. (Or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.)
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
3. Add a few drops of Watkins Blue Food Coloring, stirring until you reach your desired ocean-blue color.
4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until light and fluffy. Add a little more whipped topping if you'd like an even creamier texture.
5. Spoon a layer of Golden Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each clear cup.
6. Top with a layer of the blue pudding mixture.
7. Sprinkle more Golden Oreo crumbs over just one side of the pudding to create a "sandy beach."
8. Place an Artificial Dye-Free Peach Ring upright in the pudding near the sand. Nestle one or two Artificial Dye-Free Gummy Bears inside or next to the peach ring to look like they're relaxing on a beach float.
9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
