Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Watkins Flake Sea Salt 
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Heat Cream: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Flavor: Stir in Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract and Watkins Flake Sea Salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours, until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Shape & Coat: Roll into balls and coat with unsweetened cocoa powder.
