Ingredients
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Watkins Flake Sea Salt
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Heat Cream: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
- Melt Chocolate: Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Flavor: Stir in Watkins Pure Vanilla Extract and Watkins Flake Sea Salt until fully incorporated.
- Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours, until firm enough to scoop.
- Shape & Coat: Roll into balls and coat with unsweetened cocoa powder.
