Yellowstone Skillet Butter & Herb Wings

Ingredients:


● 1/4 cup Yellowstone Skillet Butter & Herb Seasoning and Rub
● 1/4 cup lemon zest, divided
● 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper, divided
● 2 pounds whole chicken wings
● 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
● 1/2 cup sour cream
● Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish


Preparation:


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and a wire rack and set aside. Combine Yellowstone Skillet Butter & Herb Seasoning and Rub, 2 tablespoons of zest, and 1 tablespoon of pepper in small bowl and whisk together.
2. Combine chicken wings and vegetable oil in large bowl. Add seasoning mixture and toss to coat. Transfer wings to prepared baking rack. Bake flipping halfway through, until golden-brown and internal temperature of 165oF is reached, about 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Combine sour cream, remaining zest and pepper in small bowl.
4. Garnish and enjoy!
