Ingredients:

1 lb pork shoulder

1 tbsp Watkins 1868 Hot Honey Organic Grilling Seasoning

½ tsp Watkins Garlic Salt

½ tsp Watkins Poppy Seeds

12-pack slider buns

Coleslaw
Directions:

Sear pork shoulder on the grill before adding it to a crock pot.

Rub with Watkins 1868 Hot Honey Organic Grilling Seasoning.

Cover slow cooker and cook until tender (8 hours on low heat).

Once the meat is fully cooked, shred with two forks and layer in between 12 slider buns.

Add butter, Watkins Garlic Salt, and Watkins Poppy seeds to a bowl and microwave until completely melted.

Pour the butter mixture onto the buns and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Once sliders have cooled, add a spoonful of coleslaw and replace tops.
