Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp Watkins 1868 Hot Honey Organic Grilling Seasoning
- ½ tsp Watkins Organic Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp Watkins Organic Poppy Seeds
- 12-pack slider buns
- Coleslaw
Directions:
- Sear pork shoulder on the grill before adding it to a crock pot.
- Rub with Watkins 1868 Hot Honey Organic Grilling Seasoning.
- Cover slow cooker and cook until tender (8 hours on low heat).
- Once the meat is fully cooked, shred with two forks and layer in between 12 slider buns.
- Add butter, Watkins Organic Garlic Salt, and Watkins Organic Poppy seeds to a bowl and microwave until completely melted.
- Pour the butter mixture onto the buns and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
- Once sliders have cooled, add a spoonful of coleslaw and replace tops.
