Beer Bread

Ingredients

•    3 cups all-purpose flour
•    1 tsp. Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt or Mediterranean Sea Salt
•    4 tsp. baking powder
•    3 Tbsp. sugar
•    1/4 tsp. Watkins Organic Basil
•    1/4 tsp. Watkins Organic Thyme
•    1 - 12 oz. bottle beer 
•    1/4 cup butter, melted
•    1/4 tsp. Watkins Organic Garlic Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.  Grease a 5” x 9” loaf pan.  Combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and seasoning in a large bowl.  Add the beer and stir until blended. Put in prepared loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour.  Remove bread from oven.  Combine the butter and garlic powder; pour mixture over top of bread.  Allow to rest for 10 minutes before removing from pan.  Cool slightly before slicing.  Best served warm.
