Ingredients:
- 3 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
- ½ cup mini pretzels
- ½ cup Back to Nature Cheesy Crackers
- 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ teaspoon Watkins Parmesan Peppercorn Seasoning
- Optional: 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the dry ingredients.
- In a medium bowl, mix popcorn, pretzels, and Cheez-Its.
- Add seasoning.
- Stir Watkins Parmesan Peppercorn Seasoning into the melted butter. Drizzle the snack mix evenly with the sauce, tossing to coat. Add parmesan if using and toss again.
- Bake.
- Spread the mix on the baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until everything is lightly toasted and crisp.
- Let it cool before snacking or storing in an airtight container.
