Ingredients
- 1½–2 lbs turkey tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2–3 Tbsp Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Pat dry the turkey tenderloin and coat with olive oil.
- Season generously with Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning, plus salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, stir together honey and apple cider vinegar to make a glaze.
- Sear the turkey in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Brush with glaze and transfer to the oven. Roast 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and drizzle with any remaining glaze or pan juices.
