Hot Honey Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lbs turkey tenderloin

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2–3 Tbsp Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 


 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

  2. Pat dry the turkey tenderloin and coat with olive oil.

  3. Season generously with Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning, plus salt and pepper.

  4. In a small bowl, stir together honey and apple cider vinegar to make a glaze.

  5. Sear the turkey in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

  6. Brush with glaze and transfer to the oven. Roast 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  7. Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and drizzle with any remaining glaze or pan juices.
