Ingredients

1½–2 lbs turkey tenderloin

2 Tbsp olive oil

2–3 Tbsp Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

Pat dry the turkey tenderloin and coat with olive oil.

Season generously with Watkins Hot Honey Seasoning, plus salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, stir together honey and apple cider vinegar to make a glaze.

Sear the turkey in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.

Brush with glaze and transfer to the oven. Roast 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and drizzle with any remaining glaze or pan juices.
