Ingredients
• 6 cups red potatoes diced, or baby red
potatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp. Watkins Garlic & Dill Snack &
• Dip Seasoning
• 1 tsp. Watkins Black Pepper
• 1 tsp. Watkins Sea Salt
Directions
Put potatoes, oil, and seasonings in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes. Place mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a 375F oven for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. May also be prepared on an outdoor grill using a grill.
