Ingredients
- 6 cups red potatoes diced, or baby red potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Watkins Organic Garlic & Dill Dip Mix
- 1 tsp. Watkins Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Watkins Mediterranean Sea Salt
Directions
Put potatoes, oil, and seasonings in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes. Place mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a 375F oven for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. May also be prepared on an outdoor grill using a grill.
