Ingredients:

½ cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1½ cups flour

½ cup sour cream

1 tsp baking soda

½ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp Watkins Cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and sour cream.

Stir in flour and baking soda until combined.

Mix brown sugar and Watkins Cinnamon in a small bowl.

Spread half the batter in a greased pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the swirl.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
