Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Watkins Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and sour cream.
- Stir in flour and baking soda until combined.
- Mix brown sugar and Watkins Cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Spread half the batter in a greased pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the swirl.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
