Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1½ cups flour

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Watkins Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and sour cream.

  3. Stir in flour and baking soda until combined.

  4. Mix brown sugar and Watkins Cinnamon in a small bowl.

  5. Spread half the batter in a greased pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the swirl.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
