Ingredients:

1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed

1 small onion, chopped

4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

½ cup cream or coconut milk

1 tsp Watkins Cinnamon

Salt, to taste
Instructions:

In a large pot, sauté onion until soft.

Add squash, broth, and Watkins Cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until squash is tender (about 20 minutes).

Blend until smooth, then stir in cream or coconut milk.
