Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh tomatoes, diced or 
         1  can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 can (15 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained or
         1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn, cooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Watkins Salsa Mix

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl.  Cover and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to blend before serving.
