Cinnamon Apple Nachos

 Ingredients: 

  • 2 crisp apples, thinly sliced (We recommend Honeycrisp!)

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla

  • ¼ tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Watkins Ground Nutmeg

  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, granola, raisins, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

 

 Instructions: 

  • Wash and thinly slice apples into wedges or round “chips.” Arrange them in a single layer on a large plate or platter.

  • In a small bowl, microwave the nut butter for about 15 seconds to soften. Stir in maple syrup (or honey), Watkins Baking Vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.

  • Spoon or drizzle the spiced mixture over the apples.

  • Sprinkle with your favorite toppings — mini chocolate chips, granola, or chopped nuts for crunch.

  • Best enjoyed fresh, while the apples are crisp and the drizzle is gooey.
