7-Layer Bean Dip

Ingredients

•     1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed & drained
•    1 tsp. Watkins Organic Ground Cumin
•    1 1/2 cup sour cream
•    3 Tbsp. Watkins Organic Southwest Taco Gourmet Seasoning Mix
•    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•    1/2 cup sliced green onions
•    1/4 cup sliced black olives
•    1 cup chopped tomato
•    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained

Directions

Mash the beans and combine with cumin. Spread over the bottom of serving dish. In a small bowl combine sour cream and seasoning. Spread mixture over the beans. Sprinkle with cheese, onions, olives, tomato and chilies. Chill until needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
