Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/8 tsp Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt
- Watkins Organic Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Watkins Organic Smoked Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Hard boil your eggs. Once cooled and peeled, cut each egg in half lengthwise.
- Neatly scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until finely crumbled.
- Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl of yolks and mix until fully combined.
- Spoon a heaping teaspoon of the yolk mixture in the hollowed egg whites on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!
