Cinnamon-Spiced Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp Watkins Cinnamon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, Watkins Cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.

Serve warm — perfect as a cozy side with roasted chicken or salmon.
