Ingredients:

1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

1–2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Watkins Cinnamon

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Toss carrots with olive oil, Watkins Cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and lightly caramelized.
Serve warm — perfect as a cozy side with roasted chicken or salmon.
