Cinnamon and Vanilla Roasted Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Optional for serving:

  • Vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or whipped cream
  • Chopped nuts or granola for crunch

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Prep the Peaches: Place halved peaches cut side up in the dish.
  3. Mix the Flavor Base: In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, Watkins Ground Cinnamon, Watkins Baking Vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Roast: Spoon the mixture evenly over each peach half. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until peaches are soft and caramelized.
  5. Serve Warm: Top with your favorite pairing like ice cream or yogurt, and sprinkle with nuts or granola if desired.
