- 1 ripe peach, halved and pitted
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Watkins Baking Vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease it.
- Prep the Peaches: Place halved peaches cut side up in the dish.
- Mix the Flavor Base: In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, brown sugar, Watkins Ground Cinnamon, Watkins Baking Vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Roast: Spoon the mixture evenly over each peach half. Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until peaches are soft and caramelized.
- Serve Warm: Top with your favorite pairing like ice cream or yogurt, and sprinkle with nuts or granola if desired.
