Ingredients:
- 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 tsp. Watkins Ground Cinnamon
- 1 lb. pound cake, cubed
- 1 6 oz container blackberries
- 1 1/2 qt. Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
- To make the whipped cream add cream cheese and sugar to a stand mixer. Mix until combined.
- Slowly add heavy cream, Watkins Vanilla Bean Paste and Watkins Ground Cinnamon, and whip until soft peaks form.
- In a small cup or jar, layer cubed pound cake, whipped cream, and berries. Repeat as desired.
