Red, White, & Berry Trifles

Ingredients: 

  • 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla Bean Paste

  • 1 tsp. Watkins Ground Cinnamon 

  • 1 lb. pound cake, cubed 

  • 1 6 oz container blackberries

  • 1 1/2 qt. Strawberries, sliced 


Directions: 

  1. To make the whipped cream add cream cheese and sugar to a stand mixer. Mix until combined. 

  2. Slowly add heavy cream, Watkins Vanilla Bean Paste and Watkins Ground Cinnamon, and whip until soft peaks form. 

  3. In a small cup or jar, layer cubed pound cake, whipped cream, and berries. Repeat as desired.
