Cinnamon Orange Spiced Mocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Watkins Thyme (or 1 sprig if using whole)

  • ¼ tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon

  • ⅛ tsp Watkins Ground Ginger

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ½ cup ginger ale

  • Ice

  • Extra thyme + orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Spiced Syrup

    Pour water into a small saucepan and add maple syrup, Watkins Thyme, and Watkins Ground Cinnamon.

    Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, and let the mixture steam and infuse.

  2. Steep & Cool

    After simmering for a minute or two, remove from heat. Let it steep for a few minutes, then cool slightly.

  3. Strain & Build the Base

    Strain the thyme syrup into a shaker or mason jar filled halfway with ice.

    Add Watkins Ground Ginger and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.

  4. Shake

    Seal the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled and lightly frothy.

  5. Assemble

    Fill serving glasses with ice.

    Strain the spiced mixture evenly into each glass.

  6. Top & Combine

    Pour in orange juice and ginger ale in equal parts.

    Stir gently to combine.

  7. Garnish & Serve

    Finish with a sprig of thyme and a fresh orange slice.

    Serve immediately—bright citrus, warm spice, and a wintery herbal note in every sip.
