Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Watkins Thyme (or 1 sprig if using whole)
- ¼ tsp Watkins Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp Watkins Ground Ginger
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup ginger ale
- Ice
- Extra thyme + orange slices for garnish
Instructions

Make the Spiced Syrup
- Pour water into a small saucepan and add maple syrup Watkins Thyme, and Watkins Ground Cinnamon
- Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, and let the mixture steam and infuse.

Steep & Cool
- After simmering for a minute or two, remove from heat. Let it steep for a few minutes, then cool slightly.

Strain & Build the Base
- Strain the thyme syrup into a shaker or mason jar filled halfway with ice.
- Add Watkins Ground Ginger and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.

Shake
- Seal the shaker and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled and lightly frothy.

Assemble
- Fill serving glasses with ice.
- Strain the spiced mixture evenly into each glass.

Top & Combine
- Pour in orange juice and ginger ale in equal parts.
- Stir gently to combine.

Garnish & Serve
- Finish with a sprig of thyme and a fresh orange slice.
- Serve immediately—bright citrus, warm spice, and a wintery herbal note in every sip.
