- 1/2 cup/125 mL unsalted butter, chopped into cubes
- 1 tsp/5 mL sriracha seasoning
- 1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp/1.25 mL Watkins Organic Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
- 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 2 tbsp/30 mL olive oil
- Watkins Organic Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder and Watkins Organic Black Peppercorn Grinder, freshly-ground, to taste
In a large bowl beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add sriracha, garlic and salt. Beat until well blended. Brush corn with olive oil and sriracha butter. Grill on all sides until lightly charred and tender, 8-10 minutes. When done, season corn with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining sriracha butter.
