- 1/2 cup/125 mL unsalted butter, chopped into cubes
- 1/4 tsp/1.25 mL Watkins Organic Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp/2.5 mL Watkins Organic Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp/1.25 mL Watkins Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
- 8 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 2 tbsp/30 mL olive oil
- Watkins Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder and Watkins Organic Black Peppercorn Grinder, freshly-ground, to taste
In a large bowl beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add cayenne pepper, garlic and salt. Beat until well blended. Brush corn with olive oil and butter. Grill on all sides until lightly charred and tender, 8-10 minutes. When done, season corn with salt and pepper. Serve with remaining butter.
