Recipes:
- 1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
- 2.5-3 lbs. boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed
- 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
- 1 cup water
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 275°F.
- Place roast and vegetables in an oven safe pot or Dutch oven.
- Mix gourmet seasoning and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables and cover.
- Cook in oven for 4-5 hours, check occasionally for tenderness and ensure meat is cooked through.
Slow Cooker Instructions:
- 1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
- 2.5-3 lbs. boneless chuck or rump roast, trimmed
- 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
- 1 cup water
- Place vegetables and roast into slow cooker.
- Stir gourmet seasoning and water, pour over beef and vegetables. Toss and cover.
- Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Stir once cooking complete.
