Made with the classic chimichurri flavors of parsley, garlic, and oregano, this seasoning blend is flavorful enough to stand on its own as a meat marinade or can be used to make a flavorful condiment. Simply blend with warm water, red wine vinegar and olive oil for a sauce to be used on grilled meat and vegetables or as a dip for bread.

HOW TO USE

To make sauce: Place 4 Tbsp. (1/4 cup) in a pint jar. Add 2 Tbsp. hot water and 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar. Shake, let stand 15 minutes. Add 4 Tbsp. olive oil, shake well and refrigerate.
