Recipe: Simple Maple Syrup

1 cup / 250 mL boiling water
2 cups / 500 mL white sugar
1/2 teaspoon / 2.5 mL Watkins Maple Extract
Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Add sugar; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in extract. Serve warm. Makes 2 cups / 500 mL
