This unique blend provides notes of chili, citrus, garlic, onion, paprika and cumin in a convenient, single-use pouch for instant flavor. Use the seasoning as a dry rub prior to grilling or mix into a marinade with a neutral oil or orange juice. While traditionally applied to beef, this blend is delicious enough for chicken and pork too.

HOW TO USE

Recipe:
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients Needed:
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak or boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package of Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp. oil
Flour tortillas
Assorted Toppings
Cooking Instructions:
Lightly oil meat and top with seasoning mix.
Grill or pan fry meat over medium to high heat. Cook to desired temperature. Allow meat to rest 3-5 minutes.
Slice meat thinly and serve in warm tortillas and add assorted toppings, if desired.

Quick Tip:
Make a marinade! Combine 1 package seasoning mix, 1 lb meat, 3 Tbsp. orange juice, 3 Tbsp. cooking oil in a resealable bag. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cook as desired and serve.
