Place spareribs into a large kettle or Dutch oven. Pour in apple cider vinegar. Cover spareribs with Watkins 1868 Organic Grilling Smoked Maple Rub, Watkins Organic Ground Black Pepper, and Watkins Fine Himalayan Pink Salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 1-1/2 hours, drain. (Can be made ahead to this point.) Cool; cover and refrigerate until 1 hour before grilling.
Preheat grill to 300ºF/149ºC. Combine Barbecue Sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined. Grill ribs for 10 minutes, turning once. Baste with Barbecue Sauce, grill for 5 minutes. Turn and baste again with sauce; grill 5 minutes more. Serve with remaining Barbecue Sauce.
