Oven Roasted Potatoes
- 6 small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup/60 mL olive oil
- 1 tsp/5 mL salt
- 1/4 tsp/1 mL Watkins Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp/30 mL Choose a Watkins Organic Seasoning of your Choice: Watkins Seasonings with Salt, Watkins Organic Garlic Powder, Watkins Organic Onion Powder, Watkins Organic Peppercorn Blend Grinder, Watkins Organic Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder.
Preheat the oven to 450°F/235°C. Clean and cut the potatoes into 1-inch/2.5-cm cubes. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the oil and spices. Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Spread the potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Bake at 450°F/235°C for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Stir the potatoes once after about 15 minutes of baking so they brown on all sides. Serve warm.
