Makes 8 Servings
Ingredients:
1 package of Watkins Organic Gourmet Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
3 cups water
5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
Cooking Instructions:
1. Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef, cook until browned on all sides.
2. Stir in gourmet seasoning and water.
3. Bring to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables and simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional flour, if desired.
For a half-recipe, use 2 Tbsp. of gourmet seasoning and half of all other ingredients

1 1/3 cups water
5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables such as carrots, onions, potatoes and celery
Cooking Instructions:
1. Place vegetables and beef in slow cooker.
2. Stir gourmet seasoning and water, pour over beef and vegetables. Toss to coat well and cover.
3. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Stir once cooking complete.
