Ingredients

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1-2 tbsp/15-30 mL Watkins Salt-Free Garlic & Herb Grill Seasoning (amount used depends on your preference)
• 1 large red onion and tomato for garnish

Directions

1. Rub chicken with butter or cooking oil.
2. Sprinkle with the salt-free garlic & herb seasoning until well coated.
3. Place chicken in oven for 30 minutes or on grill at medium heat until thoroughly cooked.
