Tips:
  • Makes over 77 cups of soup or over 51 cups of gravy.
  • Soup: For each cup desired, add 2 tsp (7g) of mix to 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. 
  • Gravy: For each cup desired, melt 2 Tbsp (30 mL) butter or margarine in a pan. Blend in 2 Tbsp (30 mL) flour and allow to bubble over low heat. Add 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of mix and 1 cup (250 mL) water. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. 
  • Broth: For variety, add cooked noodles and vegetables, or simmer uncooked noodles and vegetables in broth until tender.
