Watkins Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your Watkins products. So, if you are not satisfied – for whatever reason- with your purchase on Watkins1868.com, please contact Customer Satisfaction Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8:00 am-4:00pm CT.

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. If you purchased the product from a Watkins Independent Consultant, contact the Consultant for product returns.

Requesting a Refund

To obtain a refund for the Watkins items you purchased at Watkins1868.com, request for a refund or an exchange within 60 days of your original purchase, contact Customer Satisfaction Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm Central Time, or Friday 8 am-4 pm Central Time.

Unfortunately, returns cannot be authorized for products purchased from other on-line vendors. We are also unable to accept returns or offer refunds for limited edition, discontinued or sale items.

Consultants only: Watkins does not require Consultants to keep stock or place orders every month, and therefore we do not accept inventory returns. If you have questions regarding this policy, you may contact Customer Satisfaction Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm Central Time, Friday 8 am-4 pm Central Time.

Damaged Packages

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact Customer Satisfaction immediately.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

If you're returning the product because we made an error, please contact Customer Satisfaction Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm CT, Friday 8 am-4 pm CT.
